Tarbiyat, thus, is an august process of caring for our children and nurturing their soul, mind and spirit since early childhood on the foundation of Imaan and Mohabbat of Aale Mohammed AS and Doat Mutlaqeen RA, by implanting true wisdom and cultivating moral values which will proliferate good deeds and unfurl acts of sanity and luminosity.

Awliyaullah AS since ages has unequivocally, with deep care and compassion encouraged the notion of Tarbiyat al Awlaad and mentored them industriously into abiding inhabitants of Dawat e Hadiyah.

Al Dai al Ajal Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA and Al Dai al Ajal Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin TUS, has merciful Nazar Shareef on mumineen farzando and has bestowed Irshadaat Aaliyah for their Tarbiyat on numerous occasions panning throughout the year.

To accentuate the scheme of Tarbiyat al Awlaad to the magnitude of institutionalizing it, Aqa Moula TUS has graciously granted Raza Mubarak under the aegis of Education Department of Dawat Hadiyah, ATTALIM for a full-fledged Tarbiyat Barnamaj.

Imaani Schools and Madaris Imaaniyah across the globe has been taking important measures and conducting various activities in their Academic calendars to this effect successfully which concomitant:

· Mohabbat of Aqa Moula TUS in the hearts of students more than before.

· Adherence to the tenets of Shari’ah with more vigor and energy.

· Alacrity of khidmat of Dai al Asr TUS and Dawat e Hadiyah.

To standardize all these Tarbiyat pursuits into a structured and uniform manner, approx. 50 Irshadaat Aaliyah has been organized in Tarbiyat Barnamaj Yearly Planner.

Based upon the Mawaqeet of the month, one common theme for each month has been devised under which all the Tarbiyat activities are planned and will be conducted.

The barnamaj has been sub-divided into 7 categories keeping its multiple objectives in hindsight:

1. Awareness: With the objective to motivate students for a specific deed, there is a dedicated hashtag for each month which will amplify their urge to perform it.

For eg: The theme of the month of Rabi al Awwal is Faiz al Mawaid al Burhaniyah, the hashtag for awareness is regarding food wastage is #NoFoodWastage.

2. Class-wise Projects: With the objective of getting deep insight of a particular Irshaad Muneer and acquiring required skills and attitudes to act upon, each month some classes will under-take project works as per their intellectual levels.

For eg: Aqa Moula TUS has instructed not to use Aluminum Foils, in the light of this Irshaad Muneer students will under-take project of “I Say No to Aluminum Foil” with the methodology of Design for Change .

3. Tafheem & Follow-up: With the objective of making students grasp the basics of an Irshaad Muneer and do Amal accordingly in an apt manner, an explanatory session will be organized every month with a proper follow up process.

For eg: In the month of Safar al Muzaffar a session on how to cut nails in proper order will be organized and a thorough follow up strategy to check on its proper implementation.

4. Infographics of Aqa Moula TUS Akhbar & Mawaqeet Deeniyah: With the objective to apprise students of Aqa Moula TUS akhbar of the previous month and upcoming Mawaqeet of the month an expository session will be organized every month.

For eg: The month of Shawwal al Mukarram comprises of Urs Mubark of al Moula al Ajal Syedi Abdulqadir Hakimuddin AQ, the students will do ma’refat and learn about life and history of al Moula al Ajal Syedi Abdulqadir Hakimuddin AQ taking inspiration and guidance for Amal.

5. Vitals: With the objective of making students proficient in certain areas, some activities will be repeatedly performed every month.

For eg: Students will be encouraged to give Qardan Hasana every Friday.

6. Engaging Activities: With the objective of involving students in making their learning of certain Irshadaat Aaliyah visible, one extra-curricular activity will be organized each month.

For eg: Students will display their learning from Shaadi ni Rusumaat by performing skits and demos.

7. Social & Emotional Learning (SEL): With the objective to make students incorporate these Irshadaat Aaliyah with compassion and positivity, SEL will be conducted.

For eg: The first session of SEL will be conducted on Understanding and Building relationships.
